These terms govern your use of Onflicker and the membership you take out. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of these terms
These terms govern your use of the Onflicker service. By creating an account, starting the free trial or otherwise using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Onflicker.
The service is provided by Nu SecureCharge Corp, 24301 Muirlands BLVD. STE V - 120, USA. This website is a promotional website operated by Globway International B.V., which acts as the commercial promoter and is not the provider of the service.
2. Eligibility
Onflicker is intended for people aged 18 or over. To take out a membership you must also be the holder of the payment card used, or have the cardholder's permission, and provide accurate registration and payment details.
3. The service
Onflicker is an all-in-one streaming platform. A membership gives access to movies and TV shows, browser games, guided workout videos, interactive learning apps, astrology content and a library of wellness articles.
The specific content available may change over time as titles are added or removed. No guarantee is given that any particular title, game or app will always be available. Content is provided by third-party sources and hosted by the service.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. The account is for your personal use. Please report any unauthorised use to contact@onflicker-ca.com promptly, and log out after each session.
5. Membership, trial and payment
- Free trial: your membership starts with 1 day free. The trial begins immediately and nothing is charged during it.
- Recurring membership: when the trial ends, unless you cancel, the membership renews automatically at $49.99 CAD per month.
- Automatic renewal: the fee is taken from the card you registered with, on each renewal date, until you cancel.
- Advance notice: you receive an email 7 days before each upcoming charge.
- Failed payments: if a payment cannot be taken, access may be suspended until it is settled.
- Price changes: any change to the price or the membership terms applies no earlier than 30 days after it has been communicated to you.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time, by emailing contact@onflicker-ca.com, by calling +1-786-796-3863, or through the support centre on the service's website.
If you cancel before the free day ends, you are not charged. If you cancel a paid membership, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
7. Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of being charged. Requests made after that period are not eligible. Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser and only to the card used for the original purchase; third-party requests are not accepted.
Approved refunds may take up to 20 business days to appear on your statement. A refund may be declined where the service has been used, where these terms have been breached, where fraud or misuse of the refund policy is suspected, or where the request falls outside the stated period.
Nothing here affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your province or territory of residence.
8. Fitness and health content
The workout videos and wellness articles are provided for general educational and informational purposes. Consult a doctor or qualified healthcare professional before starting any fitness programme to check that it suits you.
Exercise carries inherent risks. If you feel dizzy or unwell during a workout, stop immediately and seek advice. This content is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and you should never delay seeking medical advice because of something you have read or watched here.
9. Acceptable use and fraud
The service is for personal, non-commercial use by individual users. You must not copy, record, redistribute, broadcast or publicly perform the content, circumvent access controls, or use automated tools to access the service.
Sharing login details is treated as fraudulent and is a breach of these terms. Accounts found in breach may be deleted.
10. Intellectual property
The films, shows, games, apps, articles, artwork, trademarks and software available through Onflicker are owned by the provider or licensed to it, and are protected by intellectual property law. Access does not transfer any of those rights to you. Deep linking to the service's content without written permission is not allowed.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the service or to legal requirements. The revised version is posted here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and complaints
The service provider states that its terms are governed by the laws of the United States and that disputes are determined by the courts of the United States. Any mandatory consumer protection law that applies where you live is unaffected.
