Membership, billing and cancellation
Everything about your Onflicker membership in plain English: how the free day works, how billing works, and how to cancel whenever you like.

How the free day works
Your membership opens with 1 day free. It begins immediately and gives you the whole platform: movies and TV shows, browser games, guided workout videos, learning apps, astrology content and the wellness article library. To start it you add a payment card, and you must be 18 or over and either the cardholder or have the cardholder's permission.
Nothing is charged during the free day. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing at all.
What happens after the free day
Unless you cancel, the membership continues automatically and the first charge of $49.99 CAD is taken. It then renews on the same date each month until you decide to stop. There is nothing extra to do to keep access.
Notice before each charge
An email arrives 7 days before every upcoming charge. If you no longer want the membership, that email is your reminder to cancel in time.
How payments are taken
- Nothing is charged during the 1-day free trial.
- After the trial, $49.99 CAD is charged to your card each month.
- The membership renews automatically until you cancel.
- If a payment fails, for example because the card expired, access may be paused until the details are updated.
How to cancel
You can cancel at any time. Choose whichever suits you:
- By email: write to contact@onflicker-ca.com from the address on your account and ask to cancel.
- By phone: call +1-786-796-3863.
- Through the support centre: use the unsubscribe option on the service's website.
Cancel during the free day and you are not charged. Cancel a paid month and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of a charge and are reviewed individually. Approved refunds go back to the card used for the original purchase and can take up to 20 business days to appear. Any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live are unaffected.
